About Me
Hi! I’m Meghan Gunter. I am a digital communications professional from Toronto. I graduated from the diverse Media Studies program at the University of Guelph-Humber in 2020, learning a mix of PR, journalism and design and chose to specialize in Digital Communications. I am skilled in graphic and web design, photography and videography and continually work to further develop these skills through each experience. I enjoy challenges and problem solving, helping and meeting new people and always learning. Design has made it possible to combine these interests as it allows for working on a diverse range of projects in many different industries and being able to help express messages and share experiences through meaningful visual presentations.
In my personal life, I enjoy a variety of hobbies including my new hobby of whitewater kayaking which I was introduced to during my time working at the Madawaska Kanu Centre, near Barry’s Bay, ON, in their office administration, retail and barista position. I also enjoy playing a variety of sports, playing the drums, piano and discovering new music, shooting and editing horror films with friends, as well as going to my cottage and spending time with family.
